2nd Penao Turtle Attack Video

This is the second in what will probably be 5 or 6 videos of Penao's attacks against the turtle.



I believe this is the choke Stephan Kesting referred to in his newsletter when he visited FitPlus. I know it is one we covered during that class. He said he'd never seen it before.

Shit, now that I re-read the post, there seems to be a companion choke technique we didn't record. I'll get to it.

I really wanted to get this video out quickly, and it is a fairly complex technique - so there are a few problems with the voiceover levels, etc. I might get around to fixing them.

The next video will be a reverse triangle setup against the turtle (in another thread today, somebody said they couldn't imagine how they'd get there if not from a failed RNC. This will provide one answer.)
