Ok, so the idea is to construct an event where there is 24 hours of straight exercise taking place in a single area. Myself and others will work together as a group and/or independently performing aerobic, anaerobic, yoga, weightlifting, dance fitness, and cross training exercises. This "stunt" is designed to raise awareness of the need for a more healthy lifestyle that starts with nutritional and ends with exercise habits, and also will help raise money for the YMCA of Delaware. The rules as so:
* someone, at all times, needs to be in the designated area "exercising".
* 1 minute maximum rest between sets
* Walking on treadmill must be on an incline
* stretching only counts for a maximum of 10 minutes in duration
* All breaks, longer than 1 minute, need to be covered by another exercising participant
