All the other fights were interesting and relatively high level, except the two LHW fights putting me to sleep.

205lbs and 265lbs are the worst divisions in the sport by far. Where there is a dozen to several dozen world class talents in each division globally, you have to scrape the bottom of the barrel for low level guys even at LHW and HW.

Menifield as one dimensional a UFC fighter you can find. No cardio, terrible TDD, and God awful fight IQ.
Instead of finishing him on the fight he kept clinching on the cage.
As for Crute, if you struggle against
Menifield, you're not that good.

this is spot on.

It's been like that since DC,jj and gus owned the division for a
Decade. The chuck, victory, randy and Tito days before that. Don't forget promotion too

It seems to have gotten worse in the last few years... HW only has 4 top tier fighters(Stipe, Gane, Jones, new Brazillian dude(?)

LHW has less than that...

No, HW has more than that, Blaydes, Aspinall and Pavlovitch deserve to be considered elite along with Gane. Stipe is 40 and hasn't fought in 2 years and has taken a lot of head trauma, to me he is retires until otherwise and hopefully no otherwise. The Brazilian dude Jailton Almeida is a solid prospect, might be one of those guys. Sergei Spivak might turn out to be legit too. Jones we will see, he looked so bad vs Santos, Smith, Reyes that I don't want to even assume after what, 3 years? But yeah HW is horrible. LHW isn't a ton better Rakic, Ankalaev, Jiri, Hill I don't fucking know guys like Glover and Jan and so old now.

I just wanted to comment on your AV. It's great. Forgot how fucking crazy Romero looked in that interview lmfao

Used to be the premier division, now maybe the worst. Really poor state right now.

The division where being slightly above average allows you hold the belt.

You see the true richness and depth of talent in the smaller divisions as the average man in the world, when in perfect athletic shape, doesn't weigh more than 170. Beyond 170 in much of the world, and beyond 185 in countries where men are naturally bigger, like the US, it's usually unnecessary muscle mass and/or a high BMI. This does not apply to big-man sports of course, like basketball.
