You still think Biden will fail. Good answers btw and dont necessarily disagree.
Biden is still the favorite, hasn't changed since like April? Sanders has all the buzz, though. At this point it's all a bit cloudy, and the people who think Sanders is surging big might be right. I know that he got me to jump ship from Buttigieg, and if somebody like me thinks he's the one to roll the dice on, maybe a lot more people like me feel the same way.

So you guys realize that when Biden is a political corpse by SC, that no one else has the name recognition, but maybe Warren to beat the man, the myth, the legend, Big Dick Bernie Sanders.
Sanders is now more well-known than Biden fwiw. That's the best metric his campaign has going for it.

Also it's weird when you guys talk about his dick.

Yea, I'm not trying to say this determines the race. Just that a lot of candidates have to place their chips on IA or NH and the ones who do IA usually drop out shortly after. There hasn't been a legitimate primary strategy put forth yet involving skipping those two states entirely. I think Bloomberg is attempting it but it would be a first if he pulled it off. Kasich also was doing something odd where he got 2nd in NH and then said he was looking onward to Michigan.. which kept him in the race way longer than he should've

I think Bloomberg is going to have a tough sell, when going into Super Tuesday he has almost no delegates, and that Biden, Pete, and Bloomberg are fighting for the same voters.

I like weird.

Not weird is boring.

Yang supporters merging forces with Bernie’s army.

He is pursuing a strategy that's never worked. My guess is he thinks with Trumps win and the possibility of Biden collapsing he has a very very small chance of taking the nomination and as a billionaire, he doesn't mind rolling the dice at that chance.

What's going on in here? What's the verdict?

The Populist in me is excited for the prospect of Bernie winning, but the borderline Anti-Semite in me is a little concerned...

Eh, Matthews is a big ol' windbag. Any candidate, even Klobuchar or Buttigieg (who are pretty far back), is going to put up a hell of a close election. We're just that divided and partisan. Sanders is the only one with a major untested liability (maybe Mayor Pete for being gay too). We might react really poorly to having that "Socialist" drum pounded across the land for months on end.

Trump has a low approval rating, a reasonably strong economy, and is an incumbent, so two of the three big factors are on his side. I think he's a small underdog but nobody is blowing out anybody.

I like all of the remaining Dems except Biden and Warren, who are still acceptable. We don't have a star like Obama this time around, which worries some people.
You kinda gloss over Trumps glaring problems. He expanded the wealth gap by 2.2 trillion dollars, more jobs are leaving the country an lower paying jobs are replacing them, 3 million people lost health insurance during his time in office, no Trump healthcare program. Lets add he changed regulations to allow in greater consolidation for drug companies allowing them to avoid US taxes.

Honestly I think they are trying to get to a contested convention.

Of all those, health insurance will probably hurt him worst. It definitely hurt Republicans in 2018.

The big news is that Biden isn't hitting 15% across Iowa. No delegates for him.

Bernie is winning with Warren in second. The percentages aren't clear yet.
