Wow... Can't say I blame the guy for turning down two killers after being thrashed by Frankie Edgar. Dude was still a prospect and got rushed way too quickly into the top 10.

Is Dana setting a new precedent with this?

Damn, hello bellator I guess

Lmao that's awesome

This should happen more often

Mixed feels, sorting through them...

Not happy, don't think this is good practice, but hoping this standard straightens out some fighters... I dunno.

This guy has 4 bonuses in 6 fights.

And there goes UFC's chance to solidify themselves in the Mexican market.

DAYMMM

I'm all for it to be honest.
If you're ducking fights and you're not injured, you should get cut.

jesus how badly did frankie psychologically damage this guy

Good. Should be a wake up call to all these fighters who are turning down fights.

If only they employed this same strategy to their former "champs" like Bisping and Conor.

I wish they held all fighters to this standard

I like the idea of it...but you know this isn't going to apply to top guys

very smart move by UFC. they need to take back more control over the fighters. far better to lose a few good guys and make examples, than be held hostage by the roster and lose the ability to match make.

But Conor is still ranked 3rd P4P and was champ at 155 after how long of an absence? <TheWire1>
