That's one million more than TSLA will manufacture int eh next 5 - 7 yrs. They've got a note due in 4 weeks for $400m and another for $600m in 10weeks. They have $2.9B in payables to suppliers and probably less than that on hand. They need financing now.

Their Board is fucked. Musk is unhinged but they can't remove him. TSLA is just a car company. The only reason they get valued like a tech company is because of him. So they're stuck with him.
