Hey Guys,

Old log was a bit of a mess and I haven't updated it in forever so I figuerd I'd just start a new one.

Stats

Age: 24
Height: 1,84 m
Weight: 118 kg
Squat: 200 kg
Bench: 125 kg
Deadlift: 222,5 kg

I have been using RTS style training for the last couple of months and intend to keep on doing that, it has worked great so far. Currently I'm trying to lose some weight because I am fat as hell. Still trying to hit it hard in the gym but I downregulated the volume a bit. Hoping to get down to da reasonable BF % in 2 months or so and then go chase some PRs again.

Maybe had one rep left in the tank on 210x2. Mild back pain from the first set on.

Welcome back and congrats on the PR, even more impressive if you've been losing weight.

Thanks, MM! Just checked your log, I see you've been going strong, too.
Honestly, for me deadlifting has always felt better at a ligther bodyweight. Less gut in the way and grip seems to be stronger.

I'll be checking in. Very interested in RTS type training.

Good work on the pr

Thanks, buddy. Took a look at your log, cool to see more people using RPE based training.

Pretty happy with the bench, 110x5 is my current PR, cool to hit that after a couple of sets and while on a diet. Squats were ok weight-wise (175x5 is my PR) but my form was a bit off.

Unfortunately had to use straps for deadlifts because of an acute case of finger gayness. Still verry happy, didn't see this coming at all.

Nice deadlift DonBude, you looked happy with that, and rightfully so!

Thanks, MM! I sure was, nothing like an unexpected deadlift PR. I also had to laugh because my buddy said "now smile into the camera" when I had it locked out.

Fun session. I like how my deadlift gets stronger as I'm losing weight. Also, I don't think I have ever done dips for sets of 10 and chins for multiple sets of 5. About time! More of that, please.
