Ryron and Rener had a little dispute over who would be getting first pick in the upcoming volleyball tournament. This is their version of rock, paper scissors to settle that dispute.
To my knowledge this is the only known time that they've been recorded while fully sparring. There are a few other videos of them flow rolling, but this is no flow roll. I'm sure given the cameras in the video, that there will be a better version of this available soon.
