Win a fight by knockout.

Squat 140kg
Bench 105kg
Deadlift 185kg

Hmmm... Those are very similar to mine. Although realistically I'll probably acheive a slightly higher bench and smaller deadlift. Hopefully anyway.

How much do you weigh, if you don't mind me asking?

BF:
20-21% ---> 14-15% (Without losing too much BW)

Deadlift:
525 ---> 555

Squat:
500 (Low bar/knee wraps) ---> 500 (High bar, with or without knee wraps)

OHP:
190 ---> 225

Push Press/Jerk/Log
??? ---> Learn how to do this effectively and put 250 over my head on any bar or apparatus while hopefully weighing 250 or less

Box Jump
34" 5x3 --> 40"

-Improve my conditioning by performing at least 1-2 sessions per week, consistently
-Start training strongman events and get my yoke up to 700, farmers up to 300/hand, for at least 25 feet, with decent speed
-Train smart, train consistently, train injury-free
-Realize that training is only a part of what makes up me as a whole and do not let it run my life
-Bench Press: Not even once

After failing all my goals last year but keeping the beard, this year it's time for some realism.

1. Train smart and stay consistent.
2. Don't be so scared of bigger weights anymore.
3. Get swole and slightly jacked.
4. Do some other stuff than just lifting.

Snatch: 50 (not maxed) -> 75
C&J: 70 (not maxed) -> 100
BS: 112.5 -> 140
FS: 85 -> 105
PP: 70 -> 90
SGDL: 112.5 -> 140
Beat belph to the 20"-neck.
Win the DL&Press-comp with my awesome team.

Was just thinking about my goals for this year tonight...

1. Be able to SOHP my own BW (I'm about 12.5 kgs short of that at the moment).

2. Be able to Squat 200 for a triple.

3. Bench 130 for a triple.

4. Deadlift 240.

5. Learn how to Power Clean and Power Snatch properly.

For those who didn't specify, does that mean these goals are for one rep maxes?

(current)target
squat: (300)350
bench: (225)250
deadlift: (345)400

Improve; avoid injury; compete a few times and win; improve some more.

Goals for 2013

1000 lbs gym total - This has proven to be far more elusive than previously expected.
BW - over 200
5K - 20 minutes
Athletics - Get back on the track; start throwing and jumping again.
PL - I would love to compete, but no promises
Training - Make a trip somewhere, anywhere to visit fellow Sherdoggers and lift

I would like to get a 1000lb total but with that being my 5 rm on each lift instead of only 1 rm. Then I will try to maintain that strength as much as possible while going from the 20% bf I have now down to 10% in a slow healthy way. These are my goals because Im not planning to do power lifting competition, but rather Im getting stronger for mma.

i would like a 200kg (440lb) front squat
120kg log lift
improve my pull ups and dips

Dead: 2.5xbw
Squat:2xbw
Bench:1.5xbw
Press:1xbw

Learn basic technique for oly-lifts/variations.

And hopefully get to adjust my goals again sometime this year

Lift: (current)goal for 6 rep max

Squat: (240)315
Deadlift: (250)315
Bench: (160)225
Overhead Press: (110)135

Weight: (<145)>150

Pretty artificial goals based on the arbitrary weight of plates, but whatevs. It just seems so convenient.

- Squat: 150 kg -> 200 kg
- Deadlift: 200 kg -> 250 kg
- Bench: 112,5 kg -> 130 kg
- Press: 70 kg -> 100 kg
- 10 chin ups with full ROM
- do more conditioning

Posting for Babyeater, who hasn't gotten her shit together long enough to stop in here:

Next year, she wants to become the top-ranked 105-lber. in the country (she currently has to total over 639 lbs. to do so), have the top-ranked deadlift (current best is 304 lbs.), and break the American raw deadlift record for her weight class (330 lbs., set in 1977).

I am very confident that, barring any setbacks, she'll accomplish all of these things

These are great goals. It is going to be awesome to see her achieve them.

Just don't let her slack on the logging!

I'm working on her.

And as of now, we have a chance at capturing all of these goals as early as April. The only one that I think might end up being out of reach is the deadlift, but if we can continue our rate of progression, she'll be in a position to take 335 for a third attempt in fourteen weeks.

I see this happening! And best of luck!
