2013 goals thread

Deadlift 200kg Front squat 90kg bench 90kg

Improve cardio to a decent level

Improve and learn at judo.

Get my neck to 17 inches (if my traps havent hit my ears therefor leaving me without a neck)
 
Just to do better than this year. I spent much of the year doing technique work, hopefully that will set me up for success this year.
 
Currents:
squat- 120kgsx3
bench - 90kgs
deadlift- 170kgs
ohp-62kgs
bw: 74kgs

Goals:
squat- 170kgs
bench- 120kgs
deadlift- 220kgs
ohp - 75kgs(bw)
bw: 75kgs bf: 8-10%
 
Just two this year
1400 big 3 total
185 (408lbs) front squat
 
After failing so miserably in the last year I don't think I'll get too ambitious.

Just set an all-time DL PR. Irregardless of body weight. So, above 565lbs.
 
I'm happy with the progress made this year, though had no concrete goals set, for 2013 I am looking at minimum:

190 back squat-current 155
120 bench-current 105
220-current 200

Biggest jump will be my squat, but I think it is possible so long as I continue to be consistent with training. Also I'd like to compete in PL at least once, there's a local meet in February, so should have that taken care of.
 
For 2013 my goals are:

a 1000 lbs. total. Even tho I'm not even quite sure how much that is as I'm used to kgs.. but seems like a good goal - might even reach it ^^

20 chins - have a competition with my roommate, going to make him eat my dust

And get back to train bjj and get some competitions under my belt, time to stop being a bitch and step up and put it on the line. Maybe entering a powerlifting competition also

edit. And i forgott: bw overhead press - long shot here.. but I'm still taking it

Squat: 355 lb
Bench: 215
Deadlift: 475
Bodyweight: < 200
Muay Thai: Train at least twice/week, spar at least once/week
 
I'll just put the goals I had for this year.

225kg deadlift, 200kg squat, 140kg bench.
 
Will probably tweak these goals based on how my end of year PRs go.

Squat 450 (current 395)
Bench 250 (current 235)
Deadlift 500 (current 440)
Press 180 (current 160)
Jerk 300 (current 264)
 
My goal is just to stay relatively injury free so that I can train consistently.
 
I also would like to receive at least 2 jauntypoints.

You will be a very strong man should you achieve this goal.

If I read Midnighter's post correctly, then the post above would be a significant understatement. I'm not sureif there has ever been a 2xBW press.
 
Baseline goal is to total 1400+ at 148 lbs. in a meet. That's the reasonable, attainable goal I'm after first.

My optimistic goal would be to break the world squat record. It's unlikely for 2013, but still possible, I suppose.

405x1 squat uhh... 475 DL.

Get back into benching and tie my 290lb PR..

Stay injury free... (highly unlikely)

Work on oly lift form.

Get cut like a turkey on thanksgiving.. roughly 175+ BW (185 right naao)
