    500 lb squat probably isn't happening this year. 315 bench would be nice.

    My goal for 2013 in relation to weightlifting are:
    I want a total of 500kg from the big four exercises. Specifically,

    Deadlift 100 --> 164kg
    Back squat 70 --> 140kg
    Bench press 52.5 --> 120kg
    SOHP 37.5 --> 80kg

    I don't know if this is doable but at least I have goal to focus on. Furthermore for the first half of 2013 I aiming for Front squat 0.75xBW and probably Overhead squat 0.75xBW. For the second half I would like focus on learning the olympic lifts. In addition, I have in mind to participate in a powerlifting meet that is held once a year in Athens.

    These are my goals for 2013. As long as I can stay healthy I think I will have an exciting year.

    End of year goal:
    454kg combined total.

    Well, considering I"m not going to be able to hit some of my 2012 goals (due to going out of town and small injuries towards the end of the year) Even though I came damn close lol. My first goal's to hit them up, and then move on to my 2013 goals :D

    current:
    Snatch: 185
    C&J: 235
    ATG Squat: 325x5
    FS: 285

    2012 goals:
    Snatch: 200
    C&J: 250

    2013 goals.

    Snatch: 250
    C&J: 315
    Squat: 405
    Bodyweight: sub 170
    BJJ: purple belt by summer.

    The snatch and C&J are pretty lofty goals, so I have no idea if i"m going to hit them or not haha. But we shall see.

    520 pound deadlift, 300 pound bench press, 425 pound squat, 240 pound press. 20 pullups. Be 10-12 percent bodyfat. Be able to do tabata sprints and not die.

    strange, our goals are almost identical. Only I dont think I will reach them by this year. For me this years goals are to reach 165lbs lean, and to run a half marathon at a time I have yet to decide

    Good goals, mate.

    I'm looking to total 1,000lbs, clean and jerk 1.5xBW, score a KO, and finally get around to that damned one-arm chin-up.

    Well I should be hitting my 1000lb total before the year ends so that will be nice. I'm also right under my old high school pr's so that's pretty much out of the way.

    2013 goals:
    Squat: 495 5 plates here I come, after I smash 405 of course :eek:
    Bench: 315
    Deadlift: help my team win the game of deadlifts. And at least keep up with my squats.

    Also compete in my first powerlifting meet.

    On my computer (obviously)
    Baseline goal is to total 1400+ at 148 lbs. in a meet. That's the reasonable, attainable goal I'm after first.

    My optimistic goal would be to break the world squat record. It's unlikely for 2013, but still possible, I suppose.

    200kg deadlift for reps and to pack on a bit of muscle.

    I really haven't thought it through yet, I need to do some serious goal setting come new year.

    First time seriously lifting. Chronic lower back injury. Started with an (almost) empty bar and move weight up slowly to build work capacity and avoid injury at all cost.

    Current rep max:
    Squat- 135#x5
    Front Squat- 110#x5
    Press- 90#x5
    Bench- 105#x5
    Deadlift- 235#x5
    Weighted Pullup- 10#x10

    Bodyweight:
    175 lbs.

    2013 Goals-
    Increase bodyweight to ~190/195 lbs, while maintaining current leanness. I'm 6'4"... so that's seems like a healthy weight for me.

    1 rep max-
    Squat- 350#
    Bench- 250#
    Deadlift- 400#
    (Also known as a 1000lb total.)
    Weighted Pullup- 125#
    Press and Front squat are unknown variables for me.

    Get first amateur Muay Thai fight... and win. Hopefully.
    Compete in Bjj/Sub grappling tournaments.

    Rehab my busted knuckle and climb solid double digit boulder problems again. (V10+)

    Squat 150kg(doable)
    Bench 100kg(less doable)
    Deadlift 200kg(looking unlikely)
    SOHP 70kg(highly suspect)

    Power Clean 85kg(form dictates this)
    Front Squat 100kg(50/50 on this)

    BW 85kg/12% bodyfat whichever comes first

    Fight semi pro MMA.
