with all the hype around kron. i think alot of people missed one of the best performances of the worlds imho. this guy named zach i think his last name is adamson 19 y/o about 145lbs took 2nd place in the purple belt absoluto. his game was tight. not downing kron but this is the future of bjj. more and more americans like zach, hall, glover, cooper will con. to do better every event.

can't find any videos of him. does anyone one have any? i want to check out the way he sets up some of his sweeps and passes.
can any of the higher belts here break down his game a little?

you mean zach maxwell, he's steve maxwell's son. steve is a black belt who used to run a gym in philly and now does personal training in northern cali. he comes by our academy occasionally to train and spar with some of us. steve is/was saulo and xande's strength and conditioning coach. so his son has been exposed to a whole lot of high level bjj for a very long time. if i remember correctly he trains under regis lebre still, who is a black belt under saulo.

Well i'd like to congratulate Braulio Estima for getting the silver medal in his division considering only 3 months ago his leg was in a cage after undergoing invasive knee surgery. awesome.
