I always kind of thought of cottage cheese as yogurt's ugly sister. It can fill a need or two, but the other is way more attractive.

Drink green tea AND coffee in the morning, since both are excellent sources of naturally occurring antioxidants. But preferentially coffee.

Raw eggs are easy and quick in the morning. Higher quality is better.
