I eat almost all of these foods except Goji berries, Kelp and Artichokes.

I eat Black beans regularly and Ill have Salmon 3 times a week.

I just had sweet potatoes for breakfast.

I used to eat Quinoa but it got expensive. One of my favorite dishes included 4 of the 20 foods

Quinoa, Salmon and Broccoli / Asparagus

Can't say I am surprised, but I eat basically none of that.

Most of it. The best thing about giving up meat was learning all this stuff I never ate before. Now I love them and feel better everyday

Kale is disgusting and kelp I only eat at sushi restaurants. The rest of that pretty much is my diet.

As a vegan I regularly eat 15 items on that list. And otherwise eat all the other ones except salmon. I eat kelp the least on that list

Fuck kale.

Seafood is disgusting though. I supplement with salmon oil.

I would like to make changes, but they would have to slow and gradual. It doesn't seem to work that way.

Arbitrary list is arbitrary. You could make a case for most nutrient-dense goods to be on the list.

Here's the full list since @TidWell is a lazy fuck. Why don't you copy and paste this list in your original post and credit me.

@Martian 2.0 here you go

Spinach

Goji berries

Salmon

Avocado

Quinoa

Broccoli

Almonds

Beets

Sweet potatoes

Tomato

Kale

Raspberry

Black beans

Cantaloupe

Artichoke

Watermelon

Grape fruit

Asparagus

Kelp

Cabbage.

This might be a dumb question, but are you cooking your kale or eating it raw? Raw is a very, strong bitter flavor. Sauteing in olive oil with some onions and garlic is very good, or mixing it in a vegetable soup.

Yeah, acai and blueberries are superfoods and didn't make the list, but kelp did...

I have most of those things in my diet. I let cows, pigs, chickens and turkeys eat those things then I eat the cows, pigs, chicken and turkeys.

Salmon is the least fishy seafood, I dont like seafood either but Salmon is the best I could eat it every day, fried, baked, or pan seared and grilled.

Is white fish on the list?

Salmon is just too expensive for me. Simple as that really.
