2 day split question

Im back to training 5 days a week again on the mat. Im also working full time job until school starts. Im not able to do 2 DE and 2 ME days anymore like I was doing.

I will be doing a 2 day split. I was thinking of keeping 2 max effort days and ditching the dynamic effort days. I would stay on a 2 week cycle alternating core exercises and trying to increase my 1rm on those lifts. Dynamic work would be done during practice and during conditioning. Would that still work? Does anyone do anything similar?
 
I would do something like this

day 1- snatches
ATG Squats
Barbell Rows
Wrist Curls (both ways = flexion/extention)
Russian Twists


day 2- Weighted clap puchups
ATG Squats
Chinups (alternating girp everytime you reah the top)
Stiff-Leg Deadlift
Russian Twists
 
I also need to come up with a 2 day work out. I was thinking full body 2 times per week....but does anyone think it might be too much volume to gain strength?

Maybe 1 day max 1 day rep i dont know, give me suggestions.

Chins
OHP
Squat
Deadlift
Bench
Dips
Abs
 
abs its a body part, not exercise ;)
