Big Trouble in Little China - A fun film, at times ridiculous moments in this.
Ferris Buellers Day Off - Absolute classic. Love Matthew Broderick.
Stand by Me - Another bona fide classic. River and Kiefer stood out in this film.
Top Gun - I love this film, so many funny and great moments.

Once again, just like the best Arnold movie poll, I knew which would win by a wide margin when I saw the thread title.

Aliens is in the same league as T2 and Predator. The 3 best R-rated SciFi/Action movies ever.

In my heart, I want to vote Aliens. But Ferris Bueller is such a unique gem that perfectly captures the zeitgeist of the 80s. The more unoriginal garbage with shitty dialogue I watch, the more I appreciate John Hughes.

Top Gun doesn't really belong on the top 5 list, I'd rather sub something like Platoon in there but whatever.
