I noticed that too! was a bit distracting.

so who all finished all the episodes? I'm on episode 5 and not really into it. I loved Dark, and remember it took me a few episodes to really get into it but 1899 just feels too scattered and cliche at times. How many times do people have to wake up from a dream gasping and sitting up? just to show us how 'dramatic' it is

Trust me, it only gets worse as the episodes march on.

The series had such promise. The creepy and entertaining possibilities were endless with what they could have done with the mystery of the Prometheus and it's crew. I was hooked for the first few episodes and then quickly started to sour on it.

I won't spoil it for you but get ready to see the same exact scenes replayed over and over and over during each episode. You have to watch an hour to gain about 5 minutes worth of relevant information.

The series being woke was really annoying as well. Just an abomination of cliche wokeness.

Only gripe is it left on a huge cliffhanger and they haven't said if theres going to be a season 2 yet

No season 2, it's been cancelled.
