I am looking for 18oz boxing/muay thai gloves for sparring that use the hook and loop method. Anybody have any recommendations? I did a few searches and could not find much.

You've go these too: Fairtex Super Sparring Gloves $75.99 from www.fullcontactoutlet.com

Can't go wrong with either the Fairtex Safety Training or Super Sparring gloves, imho. For sparring though, I'd stay away from the Heavy Hitters (sorry FullContact.com ). I've read on other sites that they're a hard, compact foam glove and not recommended for sparring.

Great prices on those gloves on your site, btw. Very nice.

Yeah I have the Windy 16ozs for sparring too - plenty of padding for slow heads!

You know, I think you're right on that. I keep thinking I made a note somewhere to take those off of "sparring". I hope noone has bought them and is now planning on suing me
