15 hours to cut 5 lbs

I have to cut 5lbs by tomorrow morning.

I normaly weigh 200-201 every morning. But i decided to go out Thursday night and eat like a maniac. I weighed in this morning and weighed 205.4 lbs. I think most of it is still undigested and will pass today.
This morning a friend called and reminded there is a tournament this weekend. So now i need to drop to 199 by tommorrow morning around 10-11:00 pm.

Ive stopped eating whole foods since 10:00am this morning.
I had some fruit puree just now and have been drinking water since then.
My plan is so far is to just drink a protein shake a little later and maybe another for dinner.
Do 30-45 mins of cardio on the stationary bike with my sweats on, take a hot bath, and then go to bead with sweats on. Hopefully weighing 199 come morning time.

Should i stop drinking water tonight at a certain time? Should i quit intaking so much of it right now?

Would taking metamucil or another form of fiber help clean my ass out and possibly assist in droping wieght?

Any suggestions for getting to my goal safely, and what to drink right after weigh in. Other than gatorade or some fruit.

Ill update my weight tonight on here around 5:00pm. Lets see if i get can get down in time.
 
Weight dropped to 203 Going to get on the bike in an hour or two.. and ill repost hopefully at 200.
 
Just got off the bike and im at 201. 2 more lbs by tomorrow morning. I think that might shed through the night.
 
No water, no carbs.
Drink battery water, don't know what it's called in the US but over here it's called battery water, doesn't taste anything.
Get on a treadmill and spring 10 minutes, hot shower, wear a tracksuit and crank up the element when you go to bed.
Jump some ropes in the morning.
 
yo im a wrestler and have tons of experience in losing weight.. You dont really have much to lose... you can actually just sleep off like 1 - 2 lbs if you run before bed. But anyways, you should get some candy(sour candy works really good, but fucks up your tongue) and start spitting water out in a bottle...itll llook like a little, but believe me, before you know it, youll fill up the whole bottle. Piss all you can, and poop all you can. Itll be alot easier if you have a sauna suit on. If you dont have one, put on 3 layers of sweats, and a a beanie and put a hodie over your head. Sprint, jump rope, do anything you can.

Hell, ify ou just spit for the rest of the day you'll be good.
 
I woke up in the morning and still weighed 201.
I put my sweats back on and started riding.. after about an hour of sweating i was at 197.8
I drank a little bit of gatorade and then left for the tournament.

I weighed in at the tournament at 197lbs. Then comes the great news.
No one shows up for my division, no one shows up for the weight division above mine. So they put me into open weight.. Where i ended up coming in 2nd.


I won my first fight against a guy 225lbs, on points. Once i was up on points he just stalled in my guard so he wouldnt get attacked. I almost had him swpet, armbar attempt and triangle attempt. Every time he postured i would attack.. So eventually he just would grab on to my legs and hold his head tight to my body.. he spent the rest of the fight there.. Later he apologized to me for stalling, and said he knew if he didnt he was going to get submitted or swept. He was a cool guy very friendly.


Lost to this big black guy at 265lbs, he was lean.. and strong as hell. I fought with him for 5 mins. I had swept him flat on his back in the very begining but i couldnt controll him long enough to get points. So he came back to my half guard. There we spent 5 minutes of the fight.. He eventually passed and got two points. I was so gassed when he passed. He was holding me in scarf hold and crushing my ribs. I just couldnt breath. I tried to do the classic judo escape to the postion where you up and over them.. He would almost go over but he was just to heavy and to long.. He would stretch out and come crashing back down., eventually he got a choke and i tapped early. He won..and then said "Thanks man good fight, i know your fighting up two weigh classes"

Im glad i got to fight up.. it pushes my game to a higher level.
Just wish i wouldnt have spent all yesterday droping weigh for absolutely no reason.
 
was this for the planet submission tournament in lakeland? if so i was there and competed in the 140 and below division.
