Is it healthy? I get mixed up on people saying bad cholesterol and others saying its perfectly fine.

You're going to become sick of eggs very fast, but, other than that, it shouldn't be a problem.

There are better ways to put on weight than stuffing yourself on one particular food.

Its healthy... but you're going to get really sick of them very quickly... like less than a week.

And the high cholesterol thing is a myth. Its one of the best cheap foods you can buy.

It's probably not optimal for your health (protein is linked with higher IGF-1, which is correlated to shorter life spans and more disease), but it's not directly unhealthy.

I've eaten 10-12 eggs pretty much every day for longer periods, sometimes probably as long as a year. Started doing this almost ten years ago, and still use a whole carton whenever I make scrambled eggs (a few times a week at least). I've never had cholesterol problems or other blood issues, and I'm not sick of eggs yet. Eggs are awesome.

Sunlight is linked with greater global temperatures, which is inversely correlated with the number of pirates worldwide.

While some might tire of eggs, I never could. There are just so many different ways of fixing them.

My current favorite is hard boiled cut in twain, with a slice of jalapeno and some sriracha on each half.

TS, try it and let us know.

You won't be concerned about being healthy when you're so damn swoled.

71% RDA of Cholestrol in one egg.

Now, I found just as many websites that say that eggs are good as eggs are bad sites, but speaking from experience, I had high cholesterol and when I cut out eggs I was able to get it back where it belonged. But that's me, everybody is different.

So... what does your carb-intake look like?

And having more television sets in your house is linked to a longer life span.

I've heard eggs increase the risk of prostate cancer, don't have too many.

My cousin knows a guy who's mother said eggs are good for you when you eat exactly 11 of them a day, no more and definitely no less.

Knock it off Ancel Keys.

I heard eggs lead to higher chance of pushing better numbers than me, don't have so many.
