1000lbs Squat

Well, the title is "Strongest legs on earth 1/8 squat spoof parody"
What do you think?

Look how strong the dudes are in this commercial:

<object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/pBBtx88MtE4&hl=en"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/pBBtx88MtE4&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>

The video is real. the parody is the voice over.

That is Bud Jeffries. Noted for his bottom possition squats of a grand. But as you notice, it wasn't close to parallel.

Correct. That vid is real enough.

Also, not to dog the guy out, but he completely ripped a lot of people off when he was selling training info and such. As in, took their money, never shipped product kind of rip off, not like the material was shitty. It just was never sent.

Real, however Jeffries is irrelevant in the PLing/Strength community, because for all his 'gym lifts', he doesn't compete.

Massive legs, wasnt sure if it was real with that funny music. Whats that music btw ? Thanks for the info guys.

yup. On another note, playing with my dog has turned into great GPP. Chasing her around has potentially become some of the best agility drills I've done, and I'm learning canine judo.

Sort of like Rocky chasing the chicken around.

What kind of dog have you got?

At the moment the only grappling I really get is with my puppy (basicly is like gi grappling because he has loose skin I can grip...) which is kind of fun... Dog-hitzu-in-ze-bed...

I am also exploring jogging with my dog, you always hear about people doing that but I have never seen anybody do it, kind of feels weird the little fucker goes fullthrottle so in a way it might get easier on the other hand a slow leisurelly jog is out of the picture... ...

Just found out the other day my dog is an australian cattle dog. neat. Dingo/collie hybrid. She and I run sprints at the station. she sucks at kettlebell work though.

Sure sounds like a dog with some -GO- in...;) Mine has a sprinter/powerlifter build so I am sure he would love som ketlebell work.. At the moment the little fucker runs around with small trees and shit..;)
