100/200 meter sprint log

This log is for people who are trying to decrease their 100/200 meter sprint time. Like many S&P fads, each individual is encouraged to care about sprinting and decreasing their sprinting time for about 12 days.

Please list your sprint time, training and goals below:

100 meter:

Usain Bolt: 9.58 seconds
vince89: 13.50
Hathats: 13.50
Matter: 78.00

200 meter:

Usain Bolt: 19.30
Hathats: 27.5
 
Increasing or decreasing? Also, I think springs should be disallowed.

I personally want to increase my sprint time, but I realize that most people who would care about this probably would disagree so I changed it.
 
But I don't know how many meters my hill is!!
 
I pulled my groin a month ago, I am way ahead of you guys in getting slower. Except for Enright, whose blood pressure might cause him to pass out at about 10 meters.
 
I guess I have to get the video camera again...

Greek steroid program.
The greek sprinters around the time of kenteris and thannou have very similar approach to sprinting

i wasnt planning on doing this again but Im gonna hit the track again next week and get a better time

That's not going to be enough. I plan to cut a second off that time within two months.

I'm going to try and go to the track after I squat tomorrow. My goal is to run a 100 faster than Bolt's 200.
