That sucks to see. Id hate to be a woman in that setting. The guy who walked right next to her for 5 minutes.... yikes man. If he did that to my daughter he would be putting himself in danger. For me it would be exhausting to be constantly reminded of and viewed sexually all day long every day. On the other hand you can dress a bit different and avoid some of this kind of thing too. My wife is easily as hot as this woman and she doesn't wear tight jeans or shirts and this avoids plenty of behavior like this.
Seems annoying. Never seen anything like that in my country. I knew an African-american girl once who told me she was harassed at daily in NYC, but that when she worked for a year in Egypt it was 10 x worse. She ended up preferring the men of my country and moved here after a holiday, partly because noone bothered her here. Suck it America.
