He still owes me a rashguard from XFGear, after all the BS. Custom one at that.

Uh I think these are different people than the XFGear guys, BP just got the designs and manufacturer info.

Leather Whip,

This is Jason from Brawl Park. We definitely don't owe anyone a custom rashguard. We don't even offer custom rashguards for individuals. As explained in other threads we are *not affiliated with XFGear*, we only took over the designs.

I only know CPB from XFGear, who gave us permission to use the line. I do not know the other guys, and I can't do anything about purchases made with them.

If anyone has any issues with previous XFGear purchases please contact them in regards to this. I assume that if you paid for it, you probably paid through paypal, and you should file a dispute and get you money back.

I agree that if anyone purchased something from them and didn't get it, then that is pretty messed up, but please do not associate that service with ours. We are owned and operated by different people.

We have delivered on *every* order we have received, and on time. If anyone has any questions please feel free to PM me or email me.

Thanks.

Jason, do you have the contact info for XFGear? I too had ordered a rashguard from them last year and never received it. It's good to hear that you, unlike your predecessor, is fulfilling orders. Is the coupon code still valid? I tried entering it and it wasn't working...

I PMd you offline. Yes, the sherdog10 coupon is valid. It was setup wrong on the website. We are still working out the kinks. I also *think* I fixed the overseas shipping modules. We will soon see.

It's all a learning experience with the web stuff. Until that went up, we were just filling orders via Paypal and e-mail. The automated way seems to be working out O.K.

As far as XFGear, their legacy has been a thorn in my side lately. I would apologize if I had anything to do with it. Anyone who ordered gear through them and didn't get it, send me an e-mail with your communication with them and I will pass it on. I can't promise that you will get a response, but I can pass it on. More drama than I like to deal with in a business. People pay for stuff, you ship it to them. It's not difficult.

I just wanna let all you Sherdoggers know that I ordered a rashguard from Brawl Park and Jason has just been outstanding with his customer service. I couldn't get the coupon code to work for some reason, and I PM'd him on this. He told me to just leave a comment in the order about it and he'd take care of it.

I had also ordered a rashguard from XFGear last year and, like many of you here, got screwed out of it. Well I asked Jason if he had their contact info, and he told me to forward him any email correspondence I had with them so he would pass it along.

I should be receiving my rashguard sometime this week, and I will try to do a review once I get it.

Oh yeah, one more thing, Jason gave me an additional 10% off my order just because. Brawl Park rules! Complete opposite customer service experience than XFGear.

Thanks for the kind words buddy!

Listen, this will be my final post regarding XFGear. I talked to Paul, who I know quite well. He apparently turned over operations to some other guys he had partnered up with, to pursue opening up his schools in Charlotte, NC and promote his tournaments. He noticed after a while that no money was coming in, and people were complaining about not getting their stuff. After whatever happened, happened, Paul had no choice but to shut down to keep more people from getting screwed. Because he was not running the operations, he never got the orders or the money...his partners did, and it appears they took the money and ran. I can tell you that when I use to order my XFGear stuff, I would always deal with Paul directly, and never had problems, so it sort of sucks that he got blind-sided like that.

I hate posting third-hand. It's an odd situation that Paul has agreed to post an explanation for out here, when he gets a minute, so look for that post soon.

Brawl Park is running full speed ahead, and we haven't had any real issues (besides the occasional coupon code failure (I think I've got that one fixed)). We are just normal people, so if you do have any problems with the website, shoot me an e-mail, and I'll take care of it. I'm always happy to get those e-mails, because it makes the site more user friendly.

If anyone runs into problems with that coupon code again, just post the coupon code in the comments, and I'll refund the amount manually.

Thanks.

Hey Guys, This is Paul formerly of xfgear. Like jason said above I never received money for products that I didnt send. As soon as I found out what was going on I shut down all access to the website to keep from anyone else getting screwed. If you look at all the post about xfgear prior to jan 2007 then you will see almost 100% satisfied customers. I turned over the day to day operations to my former partners around that time and things were fine at first. Then out of nowhere people started complaining about not getting orders. Since I didnt have the time to take over the operation again, I chose to shut it down. To my knowledge there were about 2 or 3 orders that were not filled. I was told by my former partners they had either refunded the money or had sent the product. I never received any money for those orders. I wish I hadnt trusted the other guys but you live and learn. I lost tons of money in stock as well because they had that and I never got it back. They claim they lost money as well but they still should have filled the orders.

I can say that Jason and BrawlPark are a top notch company and they will pick up where the good xfgear(when I was in Charge) left off.

If you got screwed by the other guys in xfgear then please email me Some sort of proof such as a payment email or a order # and I will look in to it. I cant promise you your money back but I will try to make it right the best I can.

Brawl Park is a great company and has a great staff. Good to hear they're offering a discount to the MMA fans of Sherdog.com

Hey guys,

I ordered 2 rashguards from Brawl Park (Using the sherdog10 coupon by the way).

Awesome customer service. The man managed to fit my rashguards into a global mail envelope ($12) instead of the standard box ($70, LOL). That's $58 saved :)

Shipping was fast and the rashguards are great.
They are "made in the USA", something we see less and less.

Just recieved my RG and shorts from them. Great Product and good to hear,as HuMz said, made in the USA.
