Probably been mentioned since it's pretty low-hanging fruit, but if this hypothetical woman that we don't know about doesn't compete in MMA (due to a "lack of interest") then she cannot be the best female mma fighter.
Because, in order to be the best female mma fighter, she would have to compete in... MMA.

By the logic of this thread, Cain isn't the best MMA fighter either, because A.) there're probably a bunch of guys that could beat him down if it weren't for a lack of interest in MMA keeping them from competing; and B.) he's too small.
