These days less so, I can't do core like I used to because of my back... But I'm still in good shape... 6"3, 195 at 36 years old, with reasonably low BF so I can't complain... Of course I have pre-diabetes, a herniated disc, and something up with my chest that I'm too nervous to get looked at... But that's by the by. It's not about the engine, it's how the chassis gleams. Nah meen?

Walking wherever possible, dips, and pull ups - no free weights... Cashews, almonds, peanuts, and loads of meat, oats, and fruit. Never processed meat, minimal processed dairy, and loads of water... Basic body maintenance will get you looking better... If I didn't drink, smoke, and the rest like I do I'd be even fitter, but way less fun.
