I was the same type of atheist.See its like there's this weird thing where you don't have to fit all of your opinions into one box.
Like just because I supported gay marriage doesn't mean I don't respect someone's disapproval especially if its for religious reasons. I mean obviously I don't agree with that at all, but you have the right to your opinion so long as you aren't hurting anyone.
I used to be one of those asshole atheist's going around shitting on every religious person/their opinions. I've since learned just because I may not agree with or even like their point of view they have as much a right to it as I do to mine. And just because someone doesn't support gay marriage, or say for instance black lives matter movement doesn't instantly make them some evil terrible person.
Same goes with trump supporters, I hate to have to keep repeating this but I didn't vote for the guy and don't care for him much.
But you wanna know who I feel sorry for right now, straight white male (especially Christian) trump supporters. Automatically labeled trash humans. Imagine going to say Evergreen state and being that, you wouldn't survive unless you hid your political opinions.
Its funny because the average (straightwhitetrumpsupporter) I probably disagree with on most things, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be allowed their opinion.
I think if that if it was John Kasich that won the election things would be a lot different. We got reality show Trump and I think a lot of people are just spazzing out.
But in the process they are losing me as a supporter.
