Why do people write this like it’s a walk off home run? Pisses me off. It’s like the universal answer for “my gut feeling thinks so and so will win, but I have no fucking clue why since they are greatly outclassed”

If you are an ass bandito that writes this statement, could you start at least explaining yourself and why you said something to stupid?

What other crap statements do we see in this forum??

It's for Eddie nut huggers to explain why chicken mcstrip strip beat his skull in

Styles make fights for sure.

  1. It is what it is.

  3. He/she is in the mix.
  4. Anything can happen.

Saying fighter a will destroy fighter b just because of the numbers on their record

People say styles make fights probably because styles make fights.

It should be changed to styles make and break fights.

I believe we call that a truism.

What seems to be the problem?

Styles makes fights is a strong axiom. If you don't get why people say that, the issue is with you imo.

These are much better phrases to be annoyed with because they are truisms. It is what it is is a tautology. Saying it is essentially admitting that you have nothing to say.

styles definitely do make fights. It's one of the famous saying in fighting for a reason.

For instance: a fighter (A) with above average striking and incredible defensive wrestling but bad offensive wrestling is a nightmare for a grappler (B) but will get lit up by a striking specialist (C).

That same striking specialist (C) will most likely be easily beaten by the grappler (B).
