In the old times of war you had a clan and you can’t just go, ‘I didn’t like this clan this time. I’m going to go somewhere else.’

“I think in modern-day [times] right now you tell me something like that it’s like, ‘Duh.’ I want to know what gym told him not to,” Gracie continued. I saw him have a photo with a jiu-jitsu gym that was. He didn’t have his jiu-jitsu already set up? He doesn’t have his team set up? He’s been fighting for 15 years and doesn’t have these resources already? It doesn’t make any sense to me that this happened now.”

I too found it strange that Cub was apparently looking around for BJJ schools, they don't have BJJ at Duane's?

while i respect this line of thinking, one shouldn't hate on someone who wants to improve, or at least branch out and see what else it out there, particularly if they feel they're being limited.
