Current Program: 5/3/1
Broken down:

Monday: Deadlift (No Assistance)
Tuesday: Bench (BBB Template)
Thursday:Squat (Lunges)
Friday: Press (Pullups, Bench)

Current Maxes:
Deadlift: 335 lb
Bench: 165 lb
Squat: 255 lb
Press: 150 lb

I either run (6 MPH) or walk on an incline on the treadmill for 20+ minutes after Lifting. The main point is to keep my heart rate up so I can get a bigger gas tank.

Current Goals:
5K Obstacle Course Zombie Race - Boston, MA | Run For Your Lives
5 Mile run in 40 minutes

Thoughts and Issues:
Well, I fucking hate running. Mostly because I'm awful at it. I can push out a 10 minute mile, but then I don't want to run any more. If I'm going to run this 5k coming up, I want to be able to crush the course. Not really sure how to mix up my routine for that.

I'm not advancing like I used to on 5/3/1. Today, I stalled on my third set of 5 for my Squats and Monday I couldn't finish my third set of 5 on my Deadlift (The Deadlift has been an issue for some time, but it hasn't stopped me from setting new PRs yet).

Deadlift

135lb x 5
235lb x 5
270lb x 5
305lb x 2

20 minute walk on a minimum 5 incline keeping my heart rate around 150 according to the hand gripper things.

Obviously failed my final set of Deads, had a real struggle with 270lb set as well.

Bench

45lb x 5
115lb x 5
135lb x 5
155lb x 5

115lb x 8 (5 sets)

10 minute run @ 6 MPH followed by an incline walk.

The Bench felt powerful all the way through.

The run was fine for about 5 minutes and then became a huge struggle.
