Im in a bulking phase right now. Critiques welcome.

I’ve been low carbing for the better part of almost 2 years. I cut from 205lbs to 170 which was my goal but now its time to become biggerer and stongerer. I am currently 180lbs and want to get up to 200lbs again. So without further a due…

Fish oils ~7.4 g’s EPA/DHA (Daily)
Vitamin D with D3 ~ 4000 iu (Daily)

9:00AM – 1 cup coffee
10:00 AM – 2 Sloppy Joe sammiches. (Leftovers from night before)
1:00 PM – 4 scrambled eggs, 6 pcs of bacon, 3 pancakes,

Awesome. Now we can both work to our goals of becoming Jakt and Tan. Then hit up Guido Beach and smash all the Guidos out there and run shit.

1/2 - 1 Gal of water (Daily)
Fish oils ~7.4 g’s EPA/DHA (Daily)
Vitamin D with D3 ~ 4000 iu (Daily)

Morning weigh-in after morning dump = 182lbs.

10:00 AM - 1 cup of coffee
11:00 AM - 2 scrambled eggs, 4 slices bacon, 3 pancakes, 1/2 cup homefries, 1 cup Milk.
2:00 PM - 8 oz steak, mashed potatoes with broccoli. Some grapes. 1 Cup milk.
5:00 PM - 1 cup coffee. (I am hungry, waiting for the wife to cook or might have to get a burger or something to hold me off)
5:30 - Got the wife to bring me home 2 Whopper Jr's.
9:00 PM - About a cup of ground beef and rice, 1 cup of Milk.

Roughly what I got today.

Cals = 2,651
Fat = 131
Carbs = 204
Protein = 163
 
Nice! Finally a log with someone bulking instead of cutting.

6:30 AM - 2 cups coffee
9:00 AM - 2 eggs, 1/3 cup potatoes, 1/4 cup korbas( polish sausage), 1 pint of Milk w/ creatine ~5g's.
12:30 - 1 cup rice, 1 cup of ground beef with broccoli and peppers.
6:30 - 1 cup of coffee
8:30 - 1 homemade pizza pie (Taken and tweaked from GN v.2), 1 cup Milk.

Cals = 2,503
Fat = 128.6
Carbs = 169.3
Pro = 161.7

*Today was an off day as far as bulking. Busy at work, traffic accident on the way home. I needed one more meal between lunch and dinner. Oh well.*
 
At the moment, Im just trying to shoot for 3,000 cals or so. Protein, about 180-200, carbs and fat im not really paying that close to attention as I think I am getting plenty. If something seems off though, please let me know, lol!

Skipped breakfast. busy at work again. This is what kills me sometimes.

6:00 AM - 2 cups coffee.
12:00 PM - 1 whole pizza pie from leftovers, 1 pint milk, some grapes and cantaloupe.
6:00 PM - Coffee
8:30 PM - 2 big ass pork chops, 2 cups rice with some beans, 2 cups of milk.

Total Cals ~ 2,798
Fat = 117.3
Carbs = 231.2
Protein = 198.6

1:00 PM - 2 Large pork chops, 2 cups rice, broccoli.
6:00 PM - 1 cup coffee
7:30 PM - Meatloaf with mash potatoes and broccoli.
10:30 PM - 3 White Castle Cheeseburgers, couple chicken rings and half a milk shake. (Good but gross, I wont have this again in a long time)

Damn. Did Sept just fly the fuck by? Felt like the quickest month ever.

Cals ~ 2,953
Fat = 124.7
Carbs = 227.1
Protein = 214.7

Im not going to bother logging the weekend. I did however eat a shitload of food. Normal breakfast as always ... ate alot of pizza and alot of homemade empanadas. I went from 183lbs back down to 181 :mad:
 
264.76 x 1.07 283.29 = 141.65

I was going to get that bumper set for the house. I could order two to save on shipping.
