Hey all, so with the amazing 12 months we are having and hype I figured we could all have fun and give our top 10 p4p boxers. So ill kick it off

1. Andre Ward:
IMO The most overall best fighter on earth right now. Experience, skill, Ring IQ and the overall package. Should he defeat Kovalev again, will remain #1.

2. Sergey Kovalev:
June 17 will show us where he will end up on my list. A VERY good fighter, a good win over ward will prove his position here. A loss may see him drop a fair bit. Time will tell.

3. Gennady Golovkin:
Tough fight last fight where he did prove he could go 12 successful rounds, win and win the last round. Outstanding fighter with a huge task. Like ward Kovalev his next fight will show us where he stands on this list. His resume is not as good as a lot of fighters on this list in which a good win in September elevates him

4. Saul "Canelo" Alvarez:
The hate this boy gets is unreal. At 25 years old he had already fought the likes of Mayweather, Lara, trout, Cotto. At 22 he fought mayweather. Thats guts! he may have 1 loss but he is a clinic like fighter, has some of the best body work in the sport, great defence and combinations and is surprisingly quick. A well compact fighter who just proved himself by moving up in weight and shutting a recognised fighter down.

5. Vasyl Lomachenko:
Probably the most skilled boxer on earth, with his small amount of pro fights and loss he will need time before he hits #1.

6. Terence Crawford:
Similar boat to Lomachenko. Lets see how he does at welterweight, not much more to say incredible fighter.

After 6 I have a huge gap and the rest below may be substituted with a lot of fighters
7. Roman Gonzalez
8. Keith Thurman
9. Danny Garcia
10. Manny Pacquiao

Notes:
June 17 & September 16 will shake out MY rankings a lot. If either 4 fighters gets a KO, or decisive win they may elevate to 1. This is my own opinion and IMO a great fighter adapts to all weight classes and conditions so lets here yours sherdog!

Admitted personal Bias.

I have a lot of money riding on SPence this weekend....

SPence is going to show the world that he's the next superstar of the sport.

1- Ward
2-Loma
3-GGG
4-Kov
5-Crawford
6-Roman
7-Canelo
8-Pac
9-Thurman
10-Spence

Rigo is off my list due to inactivity. If he looks impressive against Flores, he'll be back on.

At 10 I think I have LSC. Could be a few other guys there though.

For a while I didn't think rating Golovkin over Canelo made a lot of sense; Saul had beaten the better opposition. But he's gone awhile since fighting someone on his level, and Golovkin's win over Jacobs is impressive.

Something along these lines:

1. Ward
2. Kovalev
3. Crawford
4. Lomachenko
5. Gonzalez
6. Pac
7. Canelo
8. GGG
9. Yamanaka
10. Inoue

I'm not really good at this because I don't watch the smallest weight classes very often. Not that I have anything against them, but they just don't show those fights on TV. For example, I put Yamanka on this list just because he is so accomplished, but I really have not seen much of him. So here is my list, now that I have discredited it.

1. Ward
2. Golovkin
3. Gonzalez
4. Kovalev
5. Canelo
6. Crawford
7. Lomachenko
8. Pacquiao
9. Yamanaka
10. Thurman

* Mikey Garcia coming very soon to the top 5.

I agree with this list a lot

Who is Jack?

Badou Jack. I like his streak more than a guy like Thurman's. I would have put in a guy like Yamanaka, but I thought he clearly lost to Moreno the first time out. Estrada has been pretty inactive against elite opposition. Didn't think the Thai fighter who beat Gonzalez deserved the decision or a top p4p spot. Mikey Garcia will likely be included very soon. Spence will make it in if he beats Brook (maybe Brook if he beats Spence). Santa Cruz isn't a mile away, but he needs to do more at 126 other than splitting fights with Frampton.
