I'll be honest. I hated it. Instead of putting closure on this 1 year ordeal between Conor and Khabib, it created even more controversy. Conor got mauled and doesn't deserve an instant rematch/title shot, (I don't know if I even believe that Conor really wants it), but it's now on the table because of the controversy. Not only that, but Khabib will likely get suspended (anything more than 6 months and Dana will gleefully strip him).

Basically, the LW division is going to get stupid again with Interim belts, we won't see Khabib vs. Tony, and Conor will be gifted yet another title shot against someone not named Khabib. The end of Conor-Mania was right there in our grips, but 'flying eagle' guaranteed another year of this shit.

Bottomline: Conor lost the fight convincingly and that should have been that... but Khabib's actions opened up opportunities for Dana to put Conor right back in for another title shot.

Despite all of that, I guess it was still satisfying to see Dildo Danus bitch-up!!!
