    I got my bench TM up to 130k last night which puts my 1RM to 143. Only about 20 or 30 more to reach my goal.

    What's ya latest best PR? Inspire me bros, tell me of your happiness!

    I front squatted 315 and back squatted 405 at 176lbs body weight. I realize it's nothing earth shattering but I'm proud because I have had a bad back that has always stopped me from progressing my deadlifts and squats.

    100 burpees in 8:07. Full squat, pushup and jump.

    Trying to break into that under-8 zone.

    With a full squat in the burpee it's no wonder you can't go sub 8:00 on 100. I flop to the floor and essentially hump the floor on the way out of the bottom (LOL) .

    Haha, well to be honest I don't think it matters how you do your burpees. If your goal is just to improve fitness, all that matters is that you're pushing hard through it.

    315 bench was my favorite milestone, followed by a 500 squat. 400 bench was fun but I had to get fat to do that.

    I did 315 x 6 on front squat at @ 195. 315 is a great lift man. Good for you.
