Your best method to fall asleep quickly?

Magnesium Glysinate and Zinc Balance.

This really makes a difference in my sleep quality. I do read sometimes, and on Friday nights, nothing gets me asleep faster than Ancient Aliens.
 
I generally don’t go to sleep until I’m tired but if I have a meeting or anything the next day that I have to be up early for then I’ll usually blaze.
