I'm curious, what does the NO PEDS mean then? I'm not from an English-speaking country and to me PED simply means physically enhancing drugs, or whatever the official expansion of the initialism is.

I'm also not from an English speaker country, but I find extremely odd that a sign use the acronym of NO PEDS for No Pedestrians... Like WTF? could be confusing, and of course they should be banned... LMAO
