Look just tough as fuck. Not ACTUALLY strong, just visually intimidating. My suggestion? Those coiled hand clenchers what are they called? I do a few of those a day to get some forearm veinage when I’m too hungover to actually workout haha
 
You could try beating off all your boyfriends at the same time to get that forearm veinage going

Swimming. My cousin does nothing else and is pretty jacked. Climbing is the other thing.

If you're big such exercises pay off pretty well.
 
I always thought Deadlifts + OHP is a godly combo... so I’ll go with Clean and Press.
