14/5, 2014: Lower Volume.

Kept my volume the same. Easy on everything, but my lower back is fatiguing like a mofo even during warm-ups. Soccer related I think.

Squat
20 x 10
40 x 5
60 x 3
80 x 3
100 x 3
110 x 5, 5 sets.

RDL
50 x 2 <--- stopped, lower back fatigue.

Some Single Leg RDLs, leg curls, back raises.

Notes:
- Made a thread about my lower back woes. I think I am tweaking it during soccer. My TM working weights are still very light (not only light light, but light by my standards).

What made you switch from 5/3/1 to Texas Method so quickly? Thought you were starting afresh with 5/3/1 & BBB.

Unfortunately a horrible bout of food-poisoning and losing 4kgs. My lifts went crazy backwards in a short space of time. When I got back into the gym I couldn't do a rep max with the 5/3/1 weights...I could only manage 1 rep instead of 5+.... From there I decided to get some sets in 5x5 across with a light weight a build back up. Next thing I knew I was doing TM and adding weight every week. When I stall back to 5/3/1 BBB. I hate being a program hopper. But this food poisoning thing made me want to give up training. Lol. Now I am determined to get back to where I was and keep adding weight to the bar.

17/5, 2014: Lower Intensity.

Squat
20 x 10
20 x 10
40 x 3
60 x 3
80 x 3
100 x 3
125 x 5

Deadlift
60 x 5
100 x 5

Notes:

Some knee pain during warm-up.
Didn't do DLs to allow back to rest.

18/5, 2014:

Futsal - 40 minutes.

My knee is hurting again. It's a pain in the patella when I put weight through it, or when I straighten my knee. Weird. Maybe patellofemoral pain syndrome? Beats me.

Mistakenly posted in your old log, so here again:
The comp ends soon, so get in the team log.
