I wanna get ripped for the summer so I just started this a couple days ago. Help me out along the way if you can lol.

April 17,2013

I'm 5' 10.5
Current Weight is 195
Goal Weight is 175 maybe 172 before June the 5th

Foods in my diet, just basic
- Eggs
- Brown Rice
- Chicken
- Tuna
- Sweet potatoes
- Carrots
- salads of course
- Protein Shakes
- Sometimes whole wheat bread

And I'm making sure I'm drinking tons of water as well.

If you can critique my diet plan that would be awesome!

I Workout 4 days a week. Sat and Sun are my days. I'm started walking to work which is 4.2km (Usually work 5 times a week)

That's seems well thought out and not too much to add to it. My diet is very similar and I am 6"1 and walk around at 175.
 
7:30 am - Three eggs and a Glass of water
9:30 am - Protein Shake
12:30 am Chicken salad dressing is Olive oil. Huge Glass of water
2:30 pm Protein Shake
5:30 pm - Pre workout drink 1MR, Gym (Leg day)
5:45 pm - Protein shake
7:45 pm Grilled chicken Salad
9:00 pm An hour Walk
10:45 Chicken breast

Morning: Chicken and eggs
Afternoon: Protein shake
Gym 4:00 pm: - Killer Shoulder workout
5:30 pm: Chicken Salad.

Going to the movies tonight, any good cheat food I can have.. or just stay away from everything? lol
 
Checked weight today, 193. I think I might take out the brown rice.
