So, I have an Xbox One and a One X. My Xbox One has worked fine while I've had the X until today. I can't sign in to my account or another account I created. However, I can sign into to both accounts on the Xbox One X. I Googled, but this is strange since I can sign in using the X but not the Xbox One.
I have hard booted, unplugged it for a minute, and rebooted with the same error. I have disconnected and reconnected the Wifi (by the way the network test is fine and I can get to the store online with the Xbox One). And, I have rebooted both my cable modem and router. My internet is fine, also.
Still nothing. I was waiting to chat with Microsoft but the que is probably about two hours, so I don't want to do that.
Has anyone had the same experience?
