Honestly I would like to see tournaments like this for every division. Possibly one for higher ranked dudes to try to get them a more legit ranking, and also for a bunch of unranked dudes with potential. You can rank them based on their placement in the tournament with minor adjustments (based on fight stats) for tied placings.
