Wraps/Compression Shorts for Hip Pain?

What are some good wraps or compression shorts I can buy to help alleviate some hip pain I've been having for a long time? I get it when I'm working because I have to stand for long periods of time. i don't need something for exercise, just more for everyday stuff.
