Saw the cejudo-dillashaw fight at 125 lbs rumor.

This board never looks kindly on a fighter going down to get a belt, but if tj could beat cejudo at 125, id be totally impressed.

    Thoughts?

It's fair if you can make the weight.

    That goes for anyone.

Those two divisions aren't that popular.

    Sherdog would barely care.

I prefer TJ go down than Cejudo go up as Cejudo hasn't defended once and in my opinion earned the right to go after two belts.

With that out of the way, I'm certainly not clamoring to see the fight. Both guys have gone on a mini-promo run that's generated fuck all excitement. The only people I see asking for the fight seems to be MMA media during interviews.

Going up in weight will always be more respectable than going down.

And sherdog will trash anything anyways, so yes.

Defending his belt against Cruz or Moraes would weigh more in the long run than beating Cejudo for another belt.

If he follows up with a round 1 KO of Demetrius Johnson, I am all for it.

Going down in weight doesn't mean shit. Pettis made weight his first time at FW, and couldn't ever do it again. He's not a FW by any measure.

If TJ can make 125 five times in a row, then he can fight for the title. Otherwise, he's just cheating the flawed system, and not doing anything to prove he is a true 125er. Just that he can be cheap and go down in weight when real fighters are going up.

Cejudo as done sh!t in the class to be called superfight worthy. Even without a belt Demetrius Johnson is more superfight worthy.
Feelz like Cejudo is trying to force himself on me as a fight fan work your belt first before considering yourself superfight material.

TJ is a small BW and Cejudo weighs more on fight night at FLW than TJ does at BW. We know what Cejudo comes into the cage at thanks to the commission for his fight with DJ. He cuts a crazy amount of weight at FLW which is why he has missed weight multiple times.

    not if he won't defend.
I don't want a fucking retard moving down and beating someone smaller than he is.
Defend the fucking belt if you get it. Especially if you did not earn it by climbing up the fucking rankings.

I see what TJ is doing.. he doesn’t want to put his belt on the line.. looking for an out Incase he loses, “it was a bad cut” and he can go back to being the 135 champ.

We see right through your game TJ.
