For example if I was under USADA testing would I flagged for taking Alpha Brain or ShroomTech sport? What about other GNC products like BCAAs or creatine?

Creatine does help, but it's a mild benefit.

    Pretty cheap too

No, because they don't actually work.

There was an ex-pro cyclist peddling (haha) EPO, HGH and TST from China by mail order. During his trial he told the court, "if you can buy at at GNC, it doesn't work".

Nah, he keeps the list very close to his chest sadly.

Joe's a friend but the one thing that really frustrates me is he never made it public. (or I'm just pissed hes never told me) :)

The only one that's come out is yoel, who while he hasn't explicitly stated "yes, he was on the list" he has called him out publicly. He's not really one for innuendo, if he calls someone out can be sure he knows (especially with his Cuban links). None of those guys call out anyone without knowing for sure.

oh ya, I forgot bout Papp's Cuba wife.

LOL @ Romero. I'm totally shocked he buys chinese made PEDs off of the interwebz!

BTW - I was looking at some old junior race results and here is the podium in one stage race:

    1. Michael Zanoli (now dead)
    2. Laurant Jalabert (purported heroin user)

A few years ago I looked up the rider who took me out for murderous rides and his wiki says that he had a terrible meth problem. Jesus H. what a screwed up sport.

nah, nootropics are legit. There's quite a lot of scientific studies as well backing up their benefits on the brain and cognitive function.

A bunch of them ( herbs mostly) are common In India amongst university students.

It's Important to be skeptical, especially In a supplement Industry that we have..full of bullshit.

I can speak from experience though, nootropics are legit and they genuinely work..and there's generally a long history (often thousands of years) of usage In their origin countries, along with some Interesting scientific data around as well.

I haven't personally tried onnit, but I've tried a few of the Individual Ingredients.

They genuinely do work and there's a lot of Interesting data available on them.

Important to expose the snake oil out there, there's a lot of bullshit In the health community.

That said, there's a saying don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. Just because there's some bullshit out there doesn't mean there also Isn't some legit shit that actually works

And you know this based on what? just a random guess?

It's comical how people are so quick to pass something off as bullshit without even putting the time In to fully understand what they're critiquing.

I suppose this is just a symptom of an Industry full of garbage and snake oil. Nobody believes In anything anymore.

I got a free bottle of Shroomtech and liked it. But now I just buy cordyceps by themselves and stack it with B12 and Caffeine before a hard workout. Works great.

Yea no need to buy an expensive supplement like that.. lol

It's good to try things just to get a feel for what It might do, but It's cheaper to buy In bulk directly from the source If possible. Like anything.

cordyceps is pretty cool, has a history of being used by chinese olympians along with a few other adaptogenic herbs.

try and find a strain called cordyceps militaris If you can, that's supposed to be the closest shit to wild varieties / most effective.
