I think Franklin loses to 6 - 10 fighters like Bisping, Kennedy, Whittaker, and Brunson. He would make top 15 for sure. Against a guy like Moose, and the fighters above him, he would get embarrassed like the Silva fights.

Prime Franklin? I think he would be a contender. He had alot of wear on him by the time the ufc got big, and his only losses were to Anderson before he left his prime.

Franklin is an athlete and competitor and was competiting in the time that he did, against the competition that he was competing against

Put him in todays time, with todays training, in his 20's, i see no reason why he wouldnt be competitive against todays athletes
