I remember Leonard Garcia won a few decisions where he missed all of his punches by several feet.
You've named my 2nd place winner of worst judges decision of all time. It's a really compelling one where the post-fight footage of Bisping's winning techniques consisted of him defending since he had almost zero effective offense.
For me the Penn vs. Edgar I bout had the worst judges call of all time with one judge going 50-45 for Edgar. BJ should have had that 48-47 on every card and got robbed so incredibly hard. Who knows where his career would have gone without being dethroned like that. Granted - Edgar absolutely kicked his ass in the 2nd and 3rd bouts.
Any fight Doug Crosby judges.
His 50-45 Scorecard in Penn/Edgar 1 was an absolute joke. How the UFC didn't overturn that fight is still a mystery.
On no planet does a Nate win that fight after being dropped 3 times and doing the stanky leg at another moment in the fight.
I thought rampage lost and I am a big Rampage fan and hate Forrest.
Dillashaw vs Cruz surprised no one thinks robbery? The fight was super close so maybe that won't be considered a robbery then?
Dillashaw VS Cruz.. you have to dominate the champ to win the decision, and Cruz didnt..i still have tj by split decision
Hughes-Verissimo at UFC 48.
Max Holloway - Dennis Bermudez.
Really? Randleman did absolutely nothing but lay on top of Bas for 3 rounds while landing half as many strikes. It was a close, ugly fight that Randleman deserved to lose.
the goat is ross person vs deigo sanchez. on a personal level as well for me the marion reneau vs ashlee evans smith fight. im friends with marion and she told me the jugdes when killing out the card forgot what color reneau was so that how the judge gave ashlee the first round.
nisping vs Hamill is a good one as all time robberies.
Garcia/Pham I and Nick Ring/Fukuda. Both times my roommate (who didn’t know Muay Thai from a Mai Tai) asked “how the hell did they give (Garcia/Ring) the win?”
Sanchez vs Kampmann
Sanchez vs Pearson
Diaz vs Conor 2
Shogun vs Machida 1
Diaz vs Condit
GSP vs Hendricks
Randleman landed twice as many strikes as bas, was on top almost all of the fight and had dominant positions several times.
Rewatch it. It was a horrendous decision
Not the absolute worst and not sure if it's been mentioned but Condit/Lawler is up there
Dieogo Sanchez vs Martin Kampmann.
This isn’t that big of a deal, but Sage Northcutt’s last win was an absolute joke. I scored it 29-28, but I could easily have seen a 30-27 and not for Northcutt.
