Hello im 15 and i do boxing my goal is to compete.Im looking for a strength program that would be beneficial for boxing.I do boxing on mon/wed/fri.I could to weigth training on tuesdays,thursdays or saturdays.Any suggestions?

Start with a linear progression program. Something like Greyskull, Starting Strength or SrongLifts would work.
