Hunto, when defending a RNC, use your free hands and grab the opponents attacking hand and wrists. The term “2-on-one” has been around for over a decade. It means use two of your hands to grab and defend the choke. Like a corner man even has to point that out.

MMA is such a wierd sport where some guys go really far with horrible technique.
