Will TV and movies become 60 frames per second eventually?

I think the one thing most people don’t realize in this thread that might be a super simple way to explain it is that video games don’t have shutter speeds.
A frame is rendered, it’s that frame
A video has to let light into a sensor, and capture it on the frame and there is blur unless taken at a high frame rate and they “blend” together with thier other frames.

Making it “smoother “ at a lower FPS

A game looks choppy like this because it’s a harsh drawn render and can be a “skip” if the action is movie faster.

This is the reason some games are being drawn with motion blur in it to make them smoother at lower FPS.

Maybe they simple explaination might help some.
