Competing 27th this month. As of today I am 155, but I see I am a lot of definition at this weight. The competition will be 4hours after I make weight so I don't know about cuttng fluids.

How tall are you? What is your age? What is your bodyfat percentage? Was the 155 weight fully hydrated? How much weight have you successfully cut before?

If you're hydrated and still eating well, it should be easy.

155 to 145, ten pounds, should be doable, but without more info about you it's pretty much a guess.

If you eat right you could definitely be down to 150 by the 26th then you can make a final cut from there
